‘I treat so many people with weak lower backs, prolapsed lumber discs & sciatica. I have found Pilates to be an amazing method for recovery from acute and chronic pain. Offering 1-2-1 Clinical Pilates is so rewarding, seeing people in pain to then manage their condition and reach full recovery and return to their sport and active lifestyles. I treat a wide range of sports injuries, and RSI (repetitive strain injuries) from gardening to decorating! I use a variety of techniques when treating, e.g. deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, PNF stretching, Kinesio tape and Ultra Sound. My secret weapon is always Pilates for rehabilitation. I always give clients a personal rehab programme to follow at home for maximum results, fast. My aim is to get back on to the road to recovery, safely and effectively, finding the route of the problem and not treating the symptoms’.

Rosie offers Sports Therapy in the Optimum Fitness, Sports Injury Clinic at Surrey Sports Park Saturdays 08.00-14.00.

As well as running 2 businesses Rosie finds time for her love of running (Completed the London Marathon 2006) and competes in local half marathons, and cycling sportives. A favourite menace is trying to get a new PB climbing Mount Ventoux!
