Welcome To Optimum Sports Injury Clinic

Optimum Sports Injury Clinic has been established within the University of Surrey since 1999.   We are based within Surrey Sports Park, 1st floor, Health & Fitness suite.

We offer a range of treatments: Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Ultra Sound, rehabilitation & Clinical Pilates. Our focus is not only to aid pain relief, but finding the route problem and giving you a permanent solution. Our Team of professionals will first assess joint range of motion, stability and dysfunction. Muscle assessments measure muscle strength, flexibility, imbalances & firing patterns. With this compiled information we can guide you to the best treatment plan, which may include sports massage, myofacial release, trigger point release, ultra sound, and Clinical Pilates for rehabilitation.

With most injuries, a rehabilitation programme will be prescribed for you to aid you back to full recovery from injury and back to sport.
